The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
* Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.
* Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
* Collect and pass on user feedback for product development.
* Identify new opportunities for product extension with sales teams.
* Analyze product usage to identify actions, success stories, and risks, acting as the voice of the customer.
* Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Skills and Experience:
* Good communication skills in English (High level, B2 or above) and/or other languages.
* Engineering degree preferred.
* Work experience in electrical trading teams.

* Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December.
* Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
