About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-paced digital environment focused on delivering best-in-class mobile experiences for millions of users.
This role requires a highly execution-oriented professional who combines product knowledge with strong delivery capabilities. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are successfully delivered while balancing business priorities, user needs, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and coordinate the delivery of mobile product initiatives from definition through implementation.
* Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, business teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
* Manage product backlogs, user stories, requirements, and prioritization processes.
* Coordinate development activities through Jira and other project management tools.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Support product roadmap execution while maintaining focus on customer value and business objectives.
* Track project performance, delivery milestones, and key product metrics.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar roles within digital environments.
* Proven experience managing Mobile B2C products.
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
* Hands-on experience working with Jira, backlog management, ticketing systems, and delivery processes.
* Ability to operate comfortably between business and technology teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Professional Spanish level.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience within Telecommunications (Telco) environments.
* Experience managing large-scale digital products with high user volumes.
* Exposure to omnichannel, loyalty, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital ecosystems.
