As a commercial controller you will be part of our Controlling area, acting within the Finance department, and working close to Commercial department as well as the senior management team. In our fast-moving business, an updated knowledge of the business is crucial to our success.
The main objective of your role is to analyze, summarize and report commercial results related to products and clients to the management team, with concrete proposal of actions to improve business growth and profitability.

**Your role highlights - your responsibilities**
- You will prepare regular commercial reports, focusing on contribution margin and profitability analysis
- You will participate to commercial meetings maintaining independence and critical thinking
- You will provide value added comments to explain main variances and propose concrete actions to improve performance
- You will support the preparation of annual commercial budget, as well as rolling forecast and aid business planning
- You will play active role in financial monthly closing, ensuring alignment between financial and analytical data
- You will monitor commercial performance of distribution legal entities within the group, assisting their monthly closing duties
- You will help to develop financial systems & policies, identifying opportunities for improvement
- You will advise on financial implications of business decisions
- You will offer financial support to non-financial departments

**Requisitos**:
- Higher studies in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar
- Essential high level in Spanish and English - German is highly valued
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational Company and or in one of the leading consulting companies (management consulting or audit)
- Experience in the area of analysis, statistic and commercial control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems and BI reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Commercial awareness: understanding of how companies work as a whole
