brWe are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), who will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy defined by the Commercial Director, in order to achieve the objectives of the annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes, categories, new customers) and to reach the profitability targets across all segments of products under his responsibility.

brDevelop sales strategies and set sales targets, preparing action plans and schedules.
brManage commercial operations with allocated customers in accordance with annual plan objectives.
brRepresent the company and together with the Commercial Director lead negotiations for commercial contracts with customers and supermarkets.
brCommunications with sales units.
brPrepare sales forecasts and cost analyses.
brParticipate to and review the financial budgets and forecasts to adapt to commercial operations.
brAddress claims and business issues with customers under the supervision of the Commercial Director. Provide swift and appropriate answers to customers and find adequate solutions to problems.
brEnsure that all relevant quality and issues are swiftly addressed and solutions implemented.

brOperations and commercial background.
brMinimum 8 years’ experience as Key Account Manager of FV in Spanish Market.
brExperience in sales to wholesale and supermarkets.
brStrong Sales/Market development management experience that will immediately impact the company business and contribute to its continued development.
brAble to identify a shared vision and direction to reach the consumer and leverage the brands.
brFluent in written and spoken English.
brStature and credibility, with a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to influence.
