At mAbxience, we are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our Financial Department at the Headquarter offices in Madrid, Spain.

GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITY
The controller is responsible in providing assistance to the Controlling manager regarding all reporting and control tasks. Ensure the accuracy of information, in a timely manner and implement improvement ideas.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participation in the Group's close and reporting processes • Analysis of PL deviations and other KPIs. • Participation in the Group's Forecast and Budget processes. • Use of and participation in the development of BI tools (Power BI) • Collaboration with other controllers of the Group and other business departments • Taking part in new projects in the financial area that may develop in the finance department together with the controlling and consolidation manager.
REQUIREMENTS AND PERSONAL SKILLS • Education: Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting. • Languages: Fluent English required (oral and written); knowledge of other languages will be an asset. • Experience (years/area): At least 3 years of experience in Big4 Audit and/or 3 years in Controlling/FP&A department.
• Specific Knowledge: • The ability to deep-dive into details and have a more holistic, high-level view is needed. • Good level of understanding of accounting. Financial Consolidation familiarity will be a plus. • Experience preparing reports and presenting financials to non-financial executives is required. • Advanced level of Excel and Power Point is essential. • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is required, • SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is well appreciated. • Power BI knowledge is valuable.
