We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to build, maintain, and continuously improve our digital ecosystem, ensuring a secure, elegant, high-performance web presence aligned with luxury healthcare standards.The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and optimizing our website(s), landing pages, and digital tools to support marketing, client education, lead generation, and brand credibility—while maintaining strict confidentiality, compliance, and performance standards.Develop, maintain, and optimize the Oasis Premium Recovery website and related digital assets.Ensure exceptional performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility .Implement clean, scalable, and well-documented front-end and back-end code.Manage CMS platforms (primarily WordPress, including custom themes and plugins).UX, Design & Brand ConsistencyTranslate brand guidelines into a luxury, minimalist, user-centric digital experience .Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement high-end UI/UX solutions.SEO, Performance & ConversionImplement technical SEO best practices (site speed, schema, indexing, structured data).Ensure Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores meet premium performance benchmarks.Ensure GDPR compliance, cookie management, and data protection best practices.Integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, booking forms, email marketing platforms).Self-assessment quizzes, gated content).Monitor website analytics and propose data-driven improvements.Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and user experience bottlenecks.
