What you will do
As a Digital Product Manager for Data & AI, you will focus on developing data-driven and AI-powered features that drive business revenue and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering innovative digital products and experiences that leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to meet the needs of small business clients and the colleagues who serve them. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, UI designers, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, user-centric products.

A typical day
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to:
* Identify and quantify the impact of opportunities to incorporate data and AI features into the product.
* Contribute to the product vision and roadmaps for enhancing customer and agent-focused experiences with data and AI.
* Develop high-level experience and process diagrams and wireframes to set requirements, guide stakeholder discussions, and brief UI design.
* Draft stories and business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.
* Recommend and remotely lead research and discovery activities inclusive of user research, data analysis, and competitive reviews.
* Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations.
* Work closely with data scientists, designers, engineers, finance, accounting, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams.
What you need to succeed
* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study such as Product Management, Engineering, or Business (with a relevant concentration).
* 3–5 years of experience in digital product management. Experience working with data and AI products is highly valued but not a strict requirement.
* Familiarity with experience analytics tools, frameworks, and building business cases.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
* Strong consensus and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Outstanding communication skills across all mediums (presentations, stories, verbal).
* Extremely curious and proactive about investigating root causes, understanding business processes, and being informed about the latest tech trends.
Preferred but not required
* Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
* Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure.
About the recruitment process:
* Step 1: HR Interview — Your first contact with CoverWallet will be through an HR interview with one of our colleagues from the Talent Acquisition team, who will tell you everything about our company and its history, as well as the details of the position, functions, and your future conditions. We would love to know your professional and academic career, and of course, your motivations and expectations for a new professional project. We will be happy to answer all your questions!
* Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview — If we have a match, you'll move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager, who will dive deeper into your experience and discuss the role in more detail.
* Step 3: Cross-Functional Interviews — Next, you'll meet two colleagues who work closely with the Product team — from areas such as Data, Product Design, and Engineering — to gain a better understanding of how collaboration happens across disciplines.
* Step 4: CPO Interview — The fourth stage will be an interview with our Chief Product Officer, where you'll discuss broader topics such as product vision, impact, and leadership.
* Step 5: Case Workshop — Finally, you'll be invited to a workshop-style session where you'll present a short case study to a panel of interviewers. This session is designed to simulate a real working environment so you can experience what it's like to collaborate with the CoverWallet team.
