Novartis aims to be a recognized leader in Data, Analytics, AI & Platforms (DAP). The DAP group seeks a highly motivated leader for Omnichannel Platforms. This role is responsible for enabling and managing digital marketing platform solutions for international, regional, and country teams (IRC) to support and drive commercial activities.
This position collaborates with Data, Analytics, AI & Data Science, Commercial Launch Strategy (CLS), IRC, Strategy & Growth (S&G), Data, Digital & IT (DDIT), Business Solutions International (BSI), and others to scale impactful marketing platform solutions across Novartis's commercial value chain.
The leader will oversee and govern centralized & multi-tenant digital marketing platforms for IRC, focusing on customer engagement and commercial processes. They will drive omnichannel orchestration platforms in collaboration with DDIT, BSI, and IRC, devising and implementing scalable digital marketing solutions with tangible impact.
The role requires providing thought leadership in shaping omnichannel strategies, customer journeys, and campaign management. Responsibilities include designing, supporting commercial decisions, identifying marketplace opportunities, and enabling digital platforms for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement omnichannel platform governance, operations, resource prioritization, budgeting, and planning.
* Oversee the execution and operation of digital platform solutions to enhance customer engagement.
* Monitor platform efficiencies and measure business impact.
* Gather and translate business requirements into digital marketing solutions.
* Define DAP strategy, objectives, and tactics.
* Collaborate with country teams for local customization while maintaining standardization.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address issues for business impact.
* Govern and scale centralized multi-tenant marketing platforms, ensuring compliance and risk management.
* Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and change management processes.
* Stay updated on industry best practices for marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
* Graduate degree (MSc/PhD) in a quantitative field (IT, Marketing Analytics, AI, Data Science, etc.).
* 10+ years in technology, data, analytics, or related roles.
* 5+ years in Marketing Infrastructure within Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Consumer sectors, with deep understanding of pharma data sets and use cases.
* Strong knowledge of pharma commercialization processes and analytics.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Hands-on leadership in data, tech, and analytics environments, with experience deploying AI solutions in marketing platforms (CRM, SFMC, Web, social media).
* Experience with big data architectures and cloud data platforms.
