This position is responsible for supporting business units in acquiring and integrating new operational units, and designing future optimized production and distribution footprints, including tint and blend facilities. The role involves supporting the design and execution of the end-to-end acquisition and integration process, from due diligence to day-one readiness and future state implementation, focusing on operational synergies and customer experience improvement.Key responsibilities include:
Supporting acquisition due diligence, site visits, and reporting.Preparing integration scenarios and proformas based on acquisition rationales.Identifying operational synergies and planning transitions to future states.Designing rationalization or growth scenarios for current operations to support a 25% ROS goal.Presenting business cases to ELT and executives.Engaging stakeholders across functions to ensure strategy consensus and high project momentum.Benchmarking to ensure best practices in quality, service, and cost within the EMEAI region.Principal accountabilities include complexity reduction, footprint optimization, safety, quality, service, cost reduction, and supporting employee engagement. The role requires supporting project execution, escalating risks, and removing roadblocks.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related;
Master's preferred.Significant leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or similar roles within EMEAI.Strong financial, project management, and process improvement skills.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-cultural leadership abilities.Proficiency in English is mandatory.Note:
