Business Clients Area Team Lead (f / m / x)Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Regional Business Banking Manager, you will lead your sales team to foster a high-performance environment, encouraging expression and proposing improvements aligned with our value proposition for clients. You will coordinate with other divisions of the Bank, including Entrepreneurs, Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Personal Banking.You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding business within your Business Center. Additionally, you will manage your client portfolio, maintaining and increasing activity through marketing financial products and services tailored to this segment.Responsibilities:
Study new products and services launched by Business Banking to organize and plan their sales to clients and prospects. Be proactive in proposing new ideas or service improvements to your Regional Director, including market prospecting.Understand the micro-market environment of your Office. Align commercial objectives with your team in coordination with your Regional Director to ensure maximum service efficiency and effectiveness.Take necessary actions to meet business objectives for your team and client portfolio, supervising and promoting the defined commercial policies.Ensure the profitability of business activities for the Bank while safeguarding client interests. Communicate campaign goals to your team and define specific actions to achieve them.Monitor commercial metrics such as budget achievement and CEM, analyze results, campaign progress, and profitability reports, and share insights with your team to identify improvement opportunities.Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales teams, clients, and banking products/services is preferred.Strong relationship-building and communication skills that inspire enthusiasm.High customer orientation and a track record of achieving goals within high-performance teams.Ability to plan and lead a team;
demonstrate initiative and collaborate across divisions.Ability to enhance brand recognition through participation in entrepreneur forums and events.Wellness and Benefits:
