As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team with high-impact senior sales profiles.
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive – Spain to drive revenue growth by targeting the largest and highest-potential hospitality accounts in the Spanish market.
This is a senior outbound full-cycle role. You will generate your own pipeline, manage complex sales processes, and close strategic accounts within Hotels and Vacation Rentals.
Identify and prioritize high-value hospitality accounts (hotels, chains, property managers, vacation rentals).
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
Lead consultative sales conversations with decision-makers.
Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.
Spanish speaker + professional English.
~4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
~ Comfortable using digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools).
~ Experience working in fast-growing, performance-oriented environments.
~ Experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Chains, Vacation Rentals, Property Managers).
~ Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions.
Fully remote.
You prefer transactional sales over strategic accounts.
