We're looking for a Legal & Contract Manager to join our team at Netquest, a leading general data collection company within the Bilendi Group.
About Your New Role
As our Legal & Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our commercial, corporate, and data protection activities are handled with excellence and efficiency.
You'll provide high-quality legal advice, manage contracts with key clients and providers, and oversee data privacy compliance across our entities in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. If you're a proactive legal professional who enjoys working on diverse international projects, loves contract negotiation, and has a keen eye for detail—this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate client and provider contracts, including Master Service Agreements, NDAs, collaboration and sponsorship agreements, data transfer agreements, and IP software license agreements.
Provide legal advice and guidance to business managers, ensuring awareness of contract implications and compliance with internal standards.
Act as the company's Privacy Champion, overseeing data protection compliance (GDPR and local laws), managing documentation, and responding to privacy-related requests.
Support corporate governance tasks such as Powers of Attorney, board resolutions, and director appointments or removals.
Liaise with external counsel and public notaries, managing legal filings and maintaining relationships with partner law firms.
Collaborate with the Management Team and report directly to the CFO, supporting strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
What You Will Bring To The Team
Degree in Law, ideally with specialization or experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Technology Law.
2–3 years of experience working with commercial contracts, corporate matters, and data protection (GDPR).
Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
French will be valued.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and familiar with document management best practices.
