Responsibilities
 * Create change: Guide our customers through the development of hands‑on models on the way from document‑centered to MBSE
 * Generate impact: Design, manage and implement requirements, system architectures, model simulations and test cases and discuss customized system solutions based on metamodels
 * Work operationally: Analyze and specify system requirements, design, analysis and test activities across the entire development process

Your profile
 * Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a comparable qualification
 * 2 to 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, especially in the left side of the V-model.
 * Experience with UML/SysML in model‑based system development (Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar).
 * Experience in requirements management and engineering (IBM DOORS Classic preferred but not mandatory)
 * Relevant certifications are a strong plus: IREB CPRE (Req Meq), OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional
 * Familiarity with key tools: DOORS Classic, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Siemens Teamcenter PLM
 * Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential;
 additional language skills are advantageous
 * Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams
