Experteer Overview In this role you own and scale indirect business with SAP's focus global strategic service providers in the Corporate segment. You translate executive partner commitments into repeatable Corporate offerings and GTM motions, accelerating cloud growth and partner autonomy. You collaborate across global and regional teams to operationalise plans, define offerings and templates, and drive measurable outcomes. This is an executive-facing, globally scoped position at the center of SAP’s indirect growth strategy, with a strong emphasis on execution and partner enablement.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own execution of the indirect route-to-market for focus GSSPs in the Corporate segment to scale across SAP Business Suite
- Lead core indirect workstreams including GTM execution, packaged offering creation, and commercial model design
- Secure and operationalise executive alignment with strategic partners on indirect investment plans
- Develop and implement joint Corporate business plans with partners, including offerings, pricing, incentives, and GTM initiatives
- Standardise and scale public cloud templates and repeatable solution packages for consistent partner delivery
- Facilitate rapid setup and launch of priority offerings and cloud templates
- Onboard, enable, and activate partners via field programs in collaboration with Partner Recruiting and Seller Partner Managers
- Align partner motions with Corporate account plans alongside AEs and local sales leadership
- Coordinate with Partner Marketing and Demand Management to deploy development funds and measure ROI
- Drive partner-led demand generation through enablement, incentives, and joint campaigns
- Manage partner performance including forecast accuracy, pipeline contribution, and execution quality
- Ensure alignment on sales engagement models and increase partner autonomy in execution and implementationResponsabilidades
- Min 10 years in SAP Partner Ecosystem/Channel
- Strong understanding of SAP partner ecosystem and indirect business models
- Proven experience in partner enablement, business development, and strategic planning
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global and local entities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience in managing global business rollouts of strategic sales and operational programs
- Deep knowledge of SAP and its strategy, preferably based on prior engagements
- Strong network across SAP
- Exceptional stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated success in a matrix environment
