The ideal candidate
* A recognised honours degree
* PGCE or equivalent qualified teacher status
* Strong evidence of middle leadership experience, or some exposure to senior leadership responsibilities
* In‑depth familiarity with the English National Curriculum, particularly at the Key Stage 1 level
* Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written English
* Experience contributing to a senior safeguarding team (desirable)
* Demonstrated success in leading teaching and learning initiatives
* Solid background in SEND and inclusion, with the capacity to lead this area within the Pre‑Prep age range
* Previous experience in a UK private school or British international school overseas (desirable)
