Modality Sales Specialist - Clinical Informatics – Urology & Radiology
In this position, you have the opportunity to drive the digitalization of the healthcare system together with a dedicated team by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology, and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a strategic focus on growing sales of our Urology solutions—prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion-guided biopsy hardware—as well as expanding the sales of our AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology within the Iberia region.
Your role :
1. Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Iberia, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
2. Supports driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise across accounts.
3. Delivers customer presentations focused on clinical and technical components of the value proposition, understanding and addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategies.
4. Monitors competition and industry changes, providing feedback to sales and marketing with suggestions for expanding product offerings.
5. Achieves revenue growth expectations within the territory, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Develops and executes territory business plans to drive product usage and meet sales goals.
7. Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage and promotional tactics.
8. Conducts regular business reviews within the territory.
9. Focuses on optimized product mix and ensures order collection to reach turnover targets.
10. Develops consultative sales partnerships with customers, focusing on value and solutions.
11. Sells according to agreed prices and policies, with limited negotiation for decentralized accounts.
12. Handles queries effectively, balancing service quality and cost efficiency.
13. Applies LEAN principles for continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if you have :
* Extensive clinical experience with specialized training and a completed degree (technical or medical).
* Several years of professional experience in sales or application of medical systems & solutions, particularly in Urology.
* Experience in Radiology is advantageous.
* Good knowledge of healthcare processes, eHealth, and reimbursement structures in Iberia.
* IT knowledge, especially in Healthcare Informatics, is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and self-initiative skills.
* Reliable task completion and problem-solving abilities.
* High commitment, willingness to travel most days, and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and new IT communication tools.

We believe that we are better together. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations. This role is a field role.
