Experteer Overview
In this role you drive scientific marketing for a global cosmetic actives portfolio, bridging R&D;, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex science into compliant, commercially relevant value. You will shape innovation pipelines, lead launches, and steer portfolio strategy to enable global adoption and growth. This position offers a chance to influence messaging, positioning, and market success across markets. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong impact on product strategy and business outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and lead short-, mid-, and long-term innovation pipelines for cosmetic active ingredients
• Develop robust business cases and prioritize projects based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and financial impact
• Lead the Stage & Gate process for Active Ingredients innovation projects from concept to launch
• Lead integral new product launches by defining positioning and value propositions with R&D;, Pricing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
• Translate complex scientific data into clear, compliant, customer-relevant product stories
• Support the global sales organization with product expertise and customer-facing materials
• Monitor market, customer, and competitive trends to optimize portfolio strategy
• Prepare and manage documentation for license and media copyright agreements
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the cosmetic active ingredients industry, preferably in marketing and/or technical roles
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing in a global environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with adaptable messaging for different stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced setting
• High creativity with proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling, capable of simplifying complex science
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and an externally oriented mindset focused on market trends and customer needs
