The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Product Manager Expert to join our Product team in the Sell area, based in Spain and reporting directly to the Product Management Lead. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of product managers and UX designers, and partner closely with Engineering and Data Team and other stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Sell team is responsible for the seller and supplier tools that facilitate the easy creation of ticket supply on the StubHub International marketplace, via web, mobile, native and API. You'll help streamline how supply is created, managed and integrated with partners, and you'll constantly look for ways to simplify workflows, reduce friction and unlock scalable growth.

Responsibilities

* Gather insights and analyse data to identify your customers' pain points. In this case, we are talking about sellers, suppliers and integration partners, so you will need a mix of end-customer focus with strong technical understanding.
* Help develop a clear product strategy and roadmap based on those findings and that aligns with the company strategy.
* Lead one or more product teams to deliver on this roadmap, balancing discovery, delivery and operational excellence.
* Own and evolve the end-to-end seller supplier experience: from listing and managing inventory, to pricing/availability updates, to partner and API integrations.
* Drive experimentation and iteration: define hypotheses, run tests scrappily, learn quickly, and scale what proves valuable.
* Continuously measure success against agreed KPIs and iterate if necessary.
* Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to stay aligned on strategic direction and to provide ongoing visibility on progress.
* Help evangelise product-driven methodologies throughout the company.

Requirements

* 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of improving your customers' experiences.
* You put the customer first in everything you do and understand how to solve customer problems while serving business needs.
* You have direct experience with e-commerce and/or marketplaces (ideally with a focus on supply-side, sellers, partners or B2B/B2B2C workflows).
* You have technical background or at least understand how technology can drive the business forward.
* Ideally experienced with API-first thinking, integrations and partner onboarding; comfortable collaborating with engineering on platform and data topics.
* Testing is in your DNA: you are curious, you experiment, and you use learnings to iterate quickly.
* A Product leader with a "scrappy mindset" - you love moving fast!
* You have a deep understanding of metrics and how to use data to make hard decisions and drive focus.
* You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach. You understand that we don't win unless the team wins, and you leave ego out of it.
* You have experience working with agile product development teams.
* You have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, ideally both in English and Spanish..
* Good technical acumen, with ideally a degree in computer science.
