About the Role
Receptionist position to join our Spa Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the spa, manage reservations and ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Provide information about treatments, facilities and wellness programs while actively promoting spa services and products.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating matters to the Spa Director when necessary.
- Support daily spa operations, ensuring procedures are followed according to Jumeirah service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with the Opera PMS system and Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent level of English.
- Effective organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a demanding workload.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
