As a 3P Capacity Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and closely with our Carrier partners to identify and resolve issues in the delivery experience.
You will be responsible for capacity planning across one or multiple countries and for managing and enhancing delivery performance across various carriers and regions.

Within the Transportation team, you will drive improvements to complex logistics challenges, pursue strategic initiatives, and manage innovation projects across our expanding European Fulfillment Network, addressing the challenges of rapid growth.
Amazon Italy seeks a customer-focused, highly analytical Program Manager to oversee transportation processes and performance, and to lead programs aimed at continuous improvement. You will handle operational issues requiring deep analysis of our network and implement solutions influencing both short-term and long-term operations.
Location: Milan, London, Madrid, Paris, Munich, or Luxembourg (Amazon Corporate Office)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage country-wide programs to develop and oversee robust cross-functional processes supporting transportation within the country and across the EU.
* Create capacity plans to meet demand, reduce costs, and improve delivery speed.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
* Support country teams in preparing and leading operations calls, daily reviews, weekly business reviews (WBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and collaborate with commercial carriers.
* Lead innovation by owning new projects and ensuring their operational success.
* Support network configuration management, including lanes, nodes, and timings, in collaboration with stakeholders across the transportation organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in program or project management.
* Proven ability to work in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with MS Access and SQL.
* Ability to gather requirements and write detailed requirement documents.
* Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VBA, index/match, data links.
* Master's degree or equivalent.
