Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and drive customer acquisition. Report regularly to shareholders on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key decisions. Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, leisure, transport, or experience-based industries. Strong understanding of business management including operations, finance, legal, sales, and marketing. Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining strict cost and operational control. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with shareholders, authorities, and external partners. Project management experience or relevant certifications are valued.
