We are looking for a strategic, customer obsessed and data-driven Category Manager to own and lead a number of key product groups within the Promotional Product, Apparel and Gifts (PPAG) product category. This general role is responsible for driving category growth, optimizing product assortment and delivering a compelling customer experience across our North American and European markets. You will own your product groups end-to-end from product assortment to pricing, merchandising and performance analysis.What You Will DoOwn, define and implement the category strategy to drive revenue growth, new customers, margin expansion, and market share.Own, track, analyse and understand key performance metrics for your product groups to identify levers and opportunities to optimize performance and drive growth.Gain a deep understanding of both existing and potential customer needs, the industry, business trends and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy and the value proposition.Identify trends in promotional products, custom apparel and gifting to inform assortment decisions, launching and curating a competitive and relevant assortment of customizable products.Define and execute the product roadmap, product lifecycle and assortment management, including new product introductions, cost optimizations, discontinuations, as well as quality and service improvement.Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sourcing, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Pricing, UX, MX and Marketing teams to develop and deliver a jaw dropping experience and value proposition to our customers.Your QualificationsAt VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
