We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives within the Cash Management Solutions sector. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across targeted markets. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of cash handling technologies, financial services, or fintech, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow market share in cash management solutions (e.g., smart safes, cash recyclers, CIT integration, vault services).
* Lead and manage a regional or national sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, retail chains, hospitality providers, and other cash-intensive industries.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach and footprint.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align customer needs with solution offerings.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategy.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
* Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in cash management solution sector for retail, financial services, CIT
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
