Meet the team :
As a Senior Localization Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how our product resonates across different languages and cultures.
You'll be joining a dynamic, cross-functional team that is passionate about ensuring every user experience feels authentic and impactful—no matter where they are in the world.
What you'll be doing :
1. Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with our localization scaling goals.
2. Lead quality measurement initiatives and establish KPIs for language quality across all content types.
3. Create structured processes for collecting and actioning stakeholder and user feedback.
4. Partner with Brand, Product and Marketing teams to improve source content quality and localization workflows.
1. Quality Systems & Processes: Design and implement linguistic quality assurance processes for all content types.
2. Establish quality tracking and reporting systems to identify trends and improvement areas.
3. Develop and maintain quality guidelines, style guides and reference materials per language.
4. Create processes for quality audits and feedback loops with clear resolution paths.
1. Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement quality management and QA tools.
2. Drive adoption of AI and automation tools for quality assurance.
3. Partner with Engineering to improve localization testing infrastructure.
4. Develop data-driven approaches to quality measurement and reporting.
1. Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members working on Localization Quality.
2. Build quality expertise across in-house team and vendor pool through training and resources.
3. Foster collaboration between the localization team and internal stakeholders to enable high-quality localization.
What you need to succeed :
1. At least 7 years in localization roles, with a minimum of 3 years focused on localization quality management.
2. Ideally a minimum of 1 role managing Localization Quality for a client-side company.
3. Strong understanding of linguistic quality assurance methodologies and frameworks.
4. Experience implementing comprehensive quality programs at scale.
5. Track record of improving localization quality through systematic approaches.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
8. Ability to balance quality requirements with business priorities.
Nice to have :
1. Experience with quality management in high-growth tech companies.
2. Background in localization tools and technology.
3. Knowledge of machine translation and AI applications in localization.
4. Experience measuring and improving ROI of quality initiatives.
5. Professional fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
