Required Experience
* 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant within a multinational organization
* Fluent English (C1/C2) required. Additional languages (French, German) are a plus

Key Responsibilities – Support to the President
* Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar, coordinating high-level meetings and strategic engagements.
* Organize international travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries.
* Prepare executive presentations, reports, and confidential documentation.
* Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
* Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
* Liaise with global teams, senior stakeholders, and international offices.
Key Responsibilities – Support to European Directors
* Coordinate calendars and meetings across multiple European time zones.
* Provide administrative and operational support for regional projects.
* Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up documentation.
* Organize travel, internal events, and cross-office visits.
Operational & Communication Management
* Serve as a central point of contact between the Executive Office and internal departments.
* Facilitate communication across multicultural teams and international locations.
* Ensure all meeting materials are prepared in advance and follow-ups are executed.
* Manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
