At Satec, we are looking to appoint a Chief of Staff to the President, a strategic and high-trust position that will act as a key partner to the President and a central coordination point with the Executive Committee and the Group's main stakeholders.
This role has a direct impact on the definition, execution, and follow-up of the company's strategic priorities, ensuring organizational alignment, disciplined execution, and sound decision-making at a corporate level.
The Chief of Staff operates as a bridge between strategic vision and execution, combining analytical thinking, structural rigor, and strong professional maturity to perform effectively in complex, high-demand environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the President to define, implement, and track Satec's long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and business objectives.
Executive Coordination:
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the President, supporting executive decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insight.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a key liaison between the President and internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective, and timely communication.
Operational Excellence:
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Strategic Project Oversight:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with corporate priorities.
Executive Communication:
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic analyses for the President, Executive Committee, and governing bodies.
Representation:
Represent the President in internal and external meetings, events, and forums, acting as a delegate when appropriate and reinforcing Satec's strategic positioning and values.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus.
Experience
5 years' experience in strategic consulting, executive support, or similar high-exposure roles in complex organizations.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
