Guest Experience & Villa Manager (freelance)
to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-capacity
premium rural property located in the Baix Empordà .
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience and luxury tourism to manage the operations of a beautiful countryside property and ensure an exceptional stay for every guest.
Your role
You will be responsible for managing the operational side of the property and being the
main point of contact for guests before and during their stay .
Key responsibilities include:
Managing
direct reservations and guest communications
Handling bookings through Airbnb, the property's website
and other platforms.
Organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
Acting as the main contact for guests during their stay
Providing local recommendations and personalized guest support
Coordinating cleaning teams and linen services
Managing relationships with experience providers
(private chefs, boat trips, yoga instructors, etc.)
Ensuring the property is always ready and maintained to a
premium hospitality standard
Coordinating the operational logistics of each stay
Profile we are looking for

proactive and independent professional
with strong hospitality skills.
Requirements:
Experience in
hospitality, luxury tourism, villa management or boutique hotels
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to work independently and manage operations
Strong xsgfvud organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent English
(essential)
Additional languages are a plus
Must
live near Baix Empordà
