Position
Spanish‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and qualification, helping expand the company's presence across Spanish‑speaking markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify B2B leads in Spanish‑speaking markets
- Engage decision‑makers and introduce digital solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with account executives to convert opportunities into deals
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
- Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies
Qualifications
- C1/C2 Spanish (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling sales experience
- Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven sales environment
