REWE digital Spain is located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga. As a team of 60 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany.
We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills for a position in Product URM, which is responsible for managing the functions of all SAP applications. The candidate must have extensive security knowledge to configure our SAP authorization landscape: from GRC rule sets and SoD controls to HANA and Fiori authorizations. You combine deep technical knowledge with a compliance-oriented approach and translate business requirements into stable, audit-proof solutions with a clear understanding of the risks.
What you will do
* SAP GRC Access Control (AC):
* Design, operation, and further development of ARA analyses & rulesets, EAM/Firefighter processes including logging/reviews, ARM and ARQ workflows, and BRM catalogs; definition & maintenance of SoD rules and control points. A migration to the new holistic solution is also planned.
* Authorizations in general, with focus on SAP HR, Fiori and ABAP authorizations:
* Architecture & maintenance of PFCG roles for classic as well as Fiori roles (Spaces/Pages, catalogs, OData services, SICF), transaction/object authorizations, dialog and technical users; quality assurance (role testing, evidence/documentation).
* ICS & Audits:
* Evidence documentation (ITGC), recertifications/UAR, audit-ready processes, risk and action documentation.
* Advisory & Collaboration:
* Acting as a sparring partner for business units/role owners.
What you will bring:
* Strong understanding of security principles (least privilege, SoD, risk‑based approach) and compliance/ICS in the SAP environment.
* Hands-on experience with SAP GRC AC 12.0 (at least ARA + EAM/Firefighter; ideally ARM/BRM/ARQ), including ruleset maintenance and SoD simulation.
* Solid experience in Fiori authorizations (Spaces/Pages, catalogs, OData) and PFCG role design.
* Deep knowledge of SAP HR authorizations (roles, privileges, HDI) as well as strong SQL reading skills for analysis.
* Extensive experience in administrating and using the XITING XAMS tool.
* Strong analytical skills and structured documentation habits
* Fluent English are required due to our corporate language.
* Your availability to travel to Germany and Austria on a more or less regular basis
* Willingness to be regularly present in the Malaga office
Nice to Have
* Experience with RISE migrations/BTP, SSO/IAS/IPS and integrations with AD/LDAP, SecurityBridge/PAM, as well as ALM/ChaRM processes.
* Basic understanding of license management and audit requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, ITGC)
