We are seeking an individual with strong work behaviors to join our world-class team and lead the way in product management. As a Product Manager PD (Peritoneal Disease), you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our peritoneal disease product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Figuring out market needs and requirements for peritoneal disease products through extensive market research and analysis.
- Design, develop and implement **marketing activities and materials** such as brochures, audio/visual materials, aligned with our targets
- Review **business results** and ensure the **adherence** of the marketing activities and plans.
- Become **single point of contact** for PD promotional activities within the organization
- Creating and implementing strategic plans to improve the growth and success of the portfolio.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing the competition to discover ways to stand out and stay ahead.
- Working closely with our R&D; team to successfully implement product enhancements and innovations.
- Define and develop marketing plan via **patient centric, high quality, digital initiatives** in order to help the PD business to achieve its annual objectives
- Provide input and support to the design and development of **European Training** **programs**/Product Trainings
- Support **Market Research Activities** - with the direction of marketing leaders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and individuals involved in the peritoneal disease field.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to continuously improve our products and drive customer satisfaction.
**Requirements for this role include**:
- A Bachelor's degree in a field that aligns with the requirements of this position, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Consistent track record of successfully managing product portfolios and driving business growth.
- Proficient in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on evidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of peritoneal disease and the healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
