' :→ 17h/week, €1,000/month, fully remote→ You own paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok end to end→ You set up tracking, test creatives, scale winners, kill losers→ You work directly with the founders and our content creator→ Salary progresses fast if you hit your goals. Commission if you deliver.→ Clear path to full time with equity after graduation
:→ Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master (Only 6 months left to graduate = Bonus)→ Werkstudent eligible→ Fluent in German and English→ Hands on experience running paid ads with real results→ You actually use AI in your daily work
