Fuerte Group Hotels is offering a Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant position at the 5-star Hotel El Fuerte Marbella. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning assigned rooms and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, ensuring all facilities meet the rigorous standards set by the Head Housekeeper.

2. Essential Job Functions (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Your daily life will focus on execution, quality control, and meticulous attention to guest details.
2.1. Cleaning Execution & Room Maintenance
* Assemble the cleaning cart with the necessary materials for cleaning the rooms.
* Clean and tidy assigned rooms and bathrooms, checking the condition of the facilities and furniture according to established standards for each room type.
* Clean and maintain the hallway and common areas on the assigned floor.
* Leave the assigned office and work materials tidy at the end of the shift.
2.2. Quality Control & Reporting
* Check and ensure that the room and bathroom have the necessary products and accessories, according to the standards established in the room decoration manual.
* Monitor the condition of the rooms; in case of damage or breakdown, create and process a maintenance report.
* Check vacant rooms to ensure they are ready for occupancy.
* Strategic Note: Ensure compliance with critical processes and procedures for the area, and know and remember the guest’s name and preferences in their room.
3. Minimum Requirements
You are the ideal candidate for this luxury position if you meet the following criteria:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the position within a 5-star environment and the luxury segment (e.g., Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts).
* Education: Specific training in Housekeeping is required; a Housekeeping Manager course is a plus.
* Language Skills: English, Level A1 is valuable.
* Commitment: Must be available for part-time hours as required by hotel occupancy.
