We are looking for a Business Engineer to join GTD Defense & Security Solutions, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers with a clear orientation towards the integration of systems at all levels: mechanical, electrical, electronic and at the software level; mainly land border surveillance systems and naval systems, both national and export markets and during the entire life cycle of the project, from the technical specification, design, production and verification and validation.
Main job functions:
Market Analysis and Business Strategy
:
Conducts market research to identify business opportunities
Analyzes industry trends and competitive landscapes
Develops and implements business growth strategies
Review of national and international programs to identify potential proposals
Commercial Management
:
Assists in developing commercial proposals and contracts
Identifies and manages key accounts and client relationships
Preparation of commercial materials
Development of marketing plans
Participation in trade fairs
Your profile:
BSc. in Industrial, electronics or telecommunications engineering
Orientation towards Systems Engineering.
Knowledge of the Defense sector.
Knowledge of Marketing.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercial value propositions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential (C1) ; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to travel
Nice to have:
Familiarity with public tender processes and contracting with public administrations.
International experience or experience in multicultural environments.
