Account Manager – Poultry | Iberia
A global animal health and nutrition business is expanding its commercial presence across Western Europe with upcoming product launches across medicated feed additives, nutritional solutions, and veterinary products.
As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to lead poultry-focused commercial activities across Spain and Portugal.
The role combines technical support with strategic account management, focused on driving sustainable growth across key accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Drive demand generation and commercial growth across the assigned territory
Support delivery of sales targets and margin objectives
Provide technical guidance to customers, influencers, and end users
Work closely with distributors to support sales, training, and product positioning
Manage forecasting and customer planning to support supply and service levels
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Collaborate with European and general teams
Background in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Animal Nutrition
Significant experience in animal health/nutrition with a strong poultry focus
Established network within the Iberian poultry market (Spain & Portugal)
Strong commercial acumen with a technical understanding xbhjioe of poultry production
Fluent Spanish and working level English
Strong B2B commercial and account management skills
