Security Analyst – User Access & Endpoint Protection (100% Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Security Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and validating user requests and maintaining endpoint and server security across multiple regions. The role involves close interaction with IT services, security tools, and user support.
Your Responsibilities
* Analyze and validate user requests related to database access, server access, privileged accounts, and specific requests.
* Review and approve software installation requests.
* Create and maintain a knowledge base (Wiki) and validation procedures.
* Develop processes to integrate DocuSign for document management in ServiceNow requests.
* Update antivirus agents on endpoints (Trend Micro Apex One) and servers (Trend Micro Cloud One) across multiple regions.
* Provide user support for functional incidents related to servers and agents (Cloud One).
* Assist users with the installation and configuration of new agents (Cloud One).
* Ensure compliance and perform testing of Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) ICAP.
* Maintain Symantec Protection Engine and manage related incidents.
* Investigate the legitimacy of email releases and generate reports.
* Train analysts on ticket handling and security validation processes.
* Integrate and audit compliance for Microsoft Defender for Office, Microsoft Cloud App Security, and Microsoft Privileged Identity Management across multiple tenants.

What You Bring
* Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in IT security, endpoint protection, and user access management.
* Strong knowledge of antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Ability to work remotely with occasional travel throughout the year.
