P As b Sales Manager /b, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance within Spain. You lead a team of sales professionals, manage strategic customer relationships, and ensure the execution of the company’s sales strategy. Operating within a global organization, you play a key role in expanding market share, achieving revenue targets, and delivering value to industrial customers across sectors such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and packaging. /ppb Main Tasks and Responsibilities /b /p pb Sales Leadership Revenue Growth /b /pulli Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across industries and regions. /lili Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals. /lili Support the team in developing tailored solutions that address customer pain points and business challenges. /li /ul pb Sales Planning, Forecasting Reporting /b /pulli Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including territory planning and industry targeting. /lili Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership. /lili Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. /lili Ensure data integrity and process discipline in CRM usage across the team. /li /ul pb Product Market Expertise /b /pulli Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and can articulate technical and commercial value. /lili Encourage solution selling and consultative approaches tailored to customer needs. /li /ul pb Cross-functional Collaboration /b /pulli Work closely with Service, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless customer experience. /lili Support post-sales activities and customer success initiatives. /li /ul pb Profile /b /pulli University Degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical Engineering /lili Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial or technical sectors /lili Familiarity with vacuum technologies or related industrial solutions is a plus /lili Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams /lili Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills /lili Effective cross-functional collaboration with internal departments /lili Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activities using CRM tools. /lili Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership /lili Clear and persuasive communication with stakeholders /lili Fluent language skills in Spanish and English /lili Valid Driver’s License /li /ul
