The jobholder will manage the Real Estate activities in Spain in order to achieve operational and strategic company and functional objectives in full compliance with the relevant regulations.The jobholder has to support the management and optimization of the Airbus real estate portfolio and strategic site development based on business requirements taking into account legal and financial aspects. This includes projects for the investment & divestment of real estate assets, support of acquisitions, carve outs, disposals and renting/derenting, to support the strategy and operations of the Airbus majority-owned entities, based on Airbus standards and to ensure optimized use of RE assets.Responsabilities:- Manage real estate projects to ensure development and maintenance of property and real estate, taking into account needs and priorities of the business and exterior factors.- Support Strategic development of the Airbus Spanish real estate portfolio through investments, purchases, leases, divestments and derenting to support the strategy and operations of the Airbus majority-owned entities based on Airbus standards and to ensure optimized use of real estate assets.- Proper management of the existing structural heterogeneity to ensure adequate relationship with internal customers (Airbus divisions, sites, plants, subsidiaries, companies, mergers & acquisitions), with internal partners (Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal & Compliance, GP) and externals (local authorities, landlords, investors, brokers, developers, governmental departments, general partners).
