You'll own the strategy, architecture, and team — turning data into a genuine competitive advantage across clinical operations, commercial performance, and patient experience. /ppThis is a balanced role: part strategic leader shaping how Impress uses data to scale, part hands-on operator who's still close to the architecture, models, and dashboards.
