Sales & Business Development Manager – Iberia
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive business development activities at both national and international level, manage key client accounts, and contribute to shaping the company's strategic positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and coordinate business development activities and promotional actions.
* Analyze client needs and operational environments, developing tailored and value‑driven solutions.
* Act as a main interface with clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
* Develop and execute key account plans, including strategy, budgets, and objectives.
* Contribute to bidding activities, including defining winning strategies and supporting negotiations.
* Collaborate in contract follow‑up and project reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Support contract management and resolution of issues or disputes when needed.
* Ensure alignment with company values, compliance, and safety standards.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or engineering background.
* Specific training in Sales and/or Business Development.
* Fluent in English.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales, business development, and bidding activities.
* At least 5 years of experience in project or contract‑related roles.
* Experience managing clients at senior level.
* Experience working with public and private sector clients.
* International exposure and experience in multinational environments.
* Experience leading teams (directly or through projects/contracts).
