The Opportunity :
Join our global HRIS team, managing and supporting HR technology solutions across the company. As an HRIS Manager specializing in Workday (Advanced) Compensation, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation processes within our Workday system.
You will collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR, Finance, and TECH teams to align HR solutions with business needs, strategy, data privacy, and security standards. This includes supporting system integrations and contributing to strategic HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities :
* Lead and manage global C&B HR technology processes, including Workday Compensation Review, incentive plans setup, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
* Support integration and data security initiatives with the TECH team.
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver user-centered solutions.
* Oversee project delivery from analysis to deployment and support.
* Ensure HR solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
* Monitor system performance using data analytics for continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance, documentation, and training for stakeholders.
* Stay informed on trends and propose innovative HR technology enhancements.
Skills & Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.
* 5+ years in HR Technology/HRIS roles, with strong experience in Workday Compensation and integrations.
* Expertise in Workday Compensation Review process.
* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
* Experience with system integrations, preferably involving Workday.
* Fluency in English.
