Currently we need to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating a Sales Account
Responsibilities
Prospecting and developing different markets
Manage customers through open and interactive communication.
Negotiate and close orders
Prepare offers
Identify and assess customer needs.
Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure their resolution.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
Prepare activity reports
Communicating and coordinating with other departments
Qualifications
Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area.
Experience in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragances is valued.
Higher education in economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, or related training.
Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued.
High level of English and Italian.
