Overview We are looking for a recent Graduate in Computer Science or Telecommunications to join the Customer Welcome Center (CWC) team in Barcelona as a Demo & Tech Lead, whose mission is ensuring customer demonstrations and briefings are running flawlessly. You'll partner closely with the senior CWC team to deliver smooth, high‐impact sessions for customers, prepare and configure the demo ecosystem, ensure the space is always operative and aligned to the customer expectations and co-maintain our technical infrastructure.Responsibilities Own technical readiness: Ensure all systems are set, operative and demos are ready to be shown across all showcase portfolio: Computing, Workstations, Office Printers, Video Conferencing Solutions and Software.Support extended team: Be the technical contact during briefings; troubleshoot live issues and escalate to IT through the defined path when needed, supporting the senior customer-facing team.Showcase personalization: Own the showcase's hardware and software complete ecosystem and AV Systems: implement new set-ups based on input from Solutions and/or Customer Experience Leads.Inventory & product lifecycle: Add new products to the showcase, update inventory tools, remove EOL items, and coordinate replacements in alignment with the team.Welcome & branding assets: Create and personalize welcome screen/templates in line with guidance from the Customer Experience Lead. Own the AV readiness of all the meeting rooms and presentation areas.Documentation: Maintain clear, up‐to‐date runbooks for troubleshooting, accounts, processes, and setup checklists.Customer tours & events: Support the team with tours and events as needed.Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering - finalized in the last 12 months.Foundational understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and basic firewall principles.Basic knowledge of security fundamentals, server administration and command-line scripting.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to break down technical issues logically.Proficient level of English and Spanish.
