Business Development Representative (BDR ) consists of calling
English-speaking
companies and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead":
setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globeHere’s what you’ll do :

Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.Spark interes t:

Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to move the conversation forward.In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent
four-week onboarding proces s to prepare you to excel as a BDR.Uncapped Commission System:
As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck. Our uncapped commission system means that the more leads you generate, the more money you earn.
