Position Summary
We are seeking high-caliber IT talents to join the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) team. The appointee will develop, enhance and maintain enterprise HR applications and participate in digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HR‐related applications.
Collect and analyze user requirements; design, develop and maintain enterprise‐based IT systems.
Liaise with administrative offices/departmental users internally and with solution consultants externally.
Participate in projects on digital transformation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Solid experience in enterprise application customization, development, support, system analysis, integration, testing and data analysis.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleTools development and Global Payroll configuration.
Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies (Power App, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Dataverse).
Database programming such as PL/SQL, JDBC with Oracle database and UNIX Shell scripts.
System integration for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, with REST API, JSON.
Web & app programming (Java Servlet, PHP), web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Vue.js).
AI Automation workflow platforms such as n8n, Langchain, and integration of AI Agent supporting Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Software development lifecycle and methodologies.
What We Offer
Appointment on a fixed‐term full‐time contract for 2 years, with possible renewal. Highly competitive salary, contract‐end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
