The Role: Flexible, On-Demand Operational Support
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Spain to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

Key Responsibilities

* Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
* Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.
* On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
