Role Overview
* Over 10 years of experience as NOC Technician with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN technologies.
* Experience working with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment.
* Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management.
* Solid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in RAN Mobile Access.
* Understanding of RAN protocols, equipment, and functionalities.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skills.
Responsibilities
* Managing N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and executing BTPs.
* Proposing corrective actions for recurring issues.
* Managing NOC team and conducting quality analysis.
Tools
* Network Elements Management Systems : RAN manufacturer-specific systems
* Network and Fault Management Systems : OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA
* MS Office Suite : Excel, PowerPoint, Word
