We’re looking for a Data & AI Solution Architect who’s passionate about leveraging advanced technologies to shape intelligent, future-proof ecosystems in leading European consulting and project management firm. Join our client’s international team, bringing innovation and sustainable value to complex projects across Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Client Discovery: Engage with stakeholders to understand their business, technical environments, and digitalization goals.
* AI-Driven Solutions: Design scalable, cloud-based data & AI architectures tailored to the needs of the Real Estate and Construction sectors.
* Technical Advisory: Guide clients in areas like predictive analytics, data lakes, IoT integration, and generative AI use cases.
* Tech Stack Leadership: Support the definition and implementation of modern tech stacks, including data platforms and MLOps pipelines.
* Innovation Strategy: Drive future-ready data initiatives, focusing on sustainability, operational excellence, and smart infrastructure.
* Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including consultants, IT experts, and domain specialists to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Architecture Assets: Develop high-quality documentation: solution blueprints, proposals, and integration frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure ML).
* Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Semantic Layer & Data Modeling | Data Warehousing & Engineering | Real-time Data Pipelines | Machine Learning & MLOps | Generative AI / LLMs | IoT Architecture | Data Governance & Quality Management.
* Familiarity with agile project methodologies and customer-facing roles.
* Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong client focus.
* Able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both tech and non-tech environments.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* Willingness to travel within Europe when needed.
