Business Development Manager – General Business Team
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. As a Business Development Manager, you will support the next generation of physical experiences, contributing directly to our expansion agenda by helping to build and scale entirely new product lines that sit outside our core offering.
What You'll Be Doing
- Differentiating our offering by identifying, proposing, and building experiences designed to increase engagement
- Building and negotiating strategic partnerships with local players to enhance and localise physical experiences, driving deeper engagement and unlocking new commercial opportunities
- Working with external partners to co‑create innovative touchpoints that complement and extend our digital ecosystem
- Leading commercial negotiations to bring new experiences to customers
- Conducting deep dives into complex problems, identifying root causes, and designing solutions that unlock improvements
- Managing partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance tracking to ensure alignment with growth objectives
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in strategic partnership development, consulting, or a high-growth startup or scale‑up
- A demonstrated ability to build, evaluate, and launch new business lines or products
- Solid project management skills, managing cross‑functional workstreams with speed and structure
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Great commercial judgement and interpersonal skills
- Natural curiosity, drive, and a bias for impact
