The team is transversal, blending operations, engineering, quality and digital profiles.Key responsibilities:- Process Improvement & Shop‑floor Excellence: run process discovery, map workflows, facilitate improvement workshops and deliver initiatives that raise productivity and reduce waste.- Practical Automation & Tools: identify simple automation or digital aids that solve concrete shop‑floor problems and support pilot implementations.- Program Delivery & Governance: coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and external vendors;
