We are looking for a Technical Monitoring Specialist to provide 24/7 monitoring of our payment gateways, processing systems, and APIs. You will ensure system availability, detect issues early, and coordinate incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor availability, performance, and security of payment systems and APIs
- Detect and expand incidents in real-time
- Coordinate with engineering teams on issue resolution
- Maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts
- Document incidents and contribute to post-mortem reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical monitoring or NOC operations
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
- Understanding of API and web service architectures
- Ability to work in shift rotations (24/7 coverage)
